Fujihashi Historic Plaza

藤橋歴史の広場

Located in Niigata Prefecture, Fujihashi Historic Plaza is a site featuring remains from a large settlement dating back to the late Jomon period. The area was designated as a national historic site due to its significant archaeological value. Excavations revealed numerous raised-floor structures and evidence of jade and jasper bead making, indicating it was a central settlement in the Shinano River basin.
