Nayoro Furen History and Folklore Museum

名寄市風連歴史民俗資料館

Located in Nayoro, Hokkaido, the Nayoro Furen History and Folklore Museum displays the history of the Furen district. The museum features approximately 1,200 items across a 200-square-meter exhibition space. Exhibits include historical tools, children's toys, and information on rice farming and agricultural work. A specific section is dedicated to the sled dogs known as Furen no Kuma that served in Antarctic expeditions.
