Imperial Palace East Gardens

皇居東御苑

The Imperial Palace East Gardens were developed as an imperial palace garden using parts of the former Edo Castle's inner and middle wards. The grounds have been open to the public since 1968. Visitors can see a variety of trees and flowers that change with the seasons, along with historical structures integrated into the landscaped gardens.
