The AER Observation Deck, known as the View Terrace, occupies the 31st floor of the AER building near Sendai Station. Its windows and terrace provide broad views over central Sendai and the surrounding cityscape. The deck forms part of a mixed-use building containing commercial, public, and office spaces.
