Izu Music Box Museum closed permanently on 18 September 2023 per its official site, after about 28 years since opening in 1995. Before closure it was near Izu-Kogen Station in Ito, Shizuoka (1191-1 Yawata-no, 413-0232), displaying about 130 music boxes, automatic instruments, and phonographs. The facility is closed and not open to visitors; do not plan a visit.
