Ōyodo River Study Center is a Miyazaki City facility set up as a symbol of Oyodo River purification work and river learning. Its exhibits support nature observation, outdoor experience, and environmental education focused on the river’s surroundings. The center also presents watershed wildlife and water-resource themes, and states an Eco Action commitment to environmental laws and pollution prevention as an advanced local environment facility. It is at 5348-1 Nitanfusase, Shimokitakata-cho, Miyazaki City. Visitors can take Miyakoh Bus to Oyodo River Study Center-mae (about a one-minute walk) or drive about 10 minutes from JR Kyushu Miyazaki-jingu Station.
