Sendai Wild Plants Garden

仙台市野草園

Located in Miyagi Prefecture, the Sendai Wild Plants Garden is a botanical garden spanning approximately 9.5 hectares. The grounds feature around 1,100 varieties of wild plants native to the Tohoku region. These plants are organized into sections based on their natural environments, ranging from alpine regions to coastal areas, as well as by plant groups. The facility includes a building that houses an exhibition space and a small specimen room.
