Heiwa Park in Nagoya’s Chikusa Ward is a large cemetery park planned after the war, when about 189030 graves from roughly 18 hectares of temple cemeteries were relocated onto about 147 hectares of eastern hills. Official ward pages also note the Aqua Tower observation room is open to the public on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Confirm tower hours before you visit.
