Toneri Park in Adachi is a large metropolitan park promoted as a place of greenery, water, sports, and relaxation under a notably open sky. Entry is free and the park is open at all times; it opened in 1981. The Nippori-Toneri Liner stops at Toneri-Koen Station, though weekend parking and road congestion can be heavy, so public transit is usually easier.
