Located in Sapporo, Hokkaido, the Experimental Station for Medicinal Plant Studies is affiliated with the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Hokkaido University. The garden covers approximately 6,272 square meters and houses over 1,200 species across 638 genera and 162 families. Its operations include the collection, trial production, and breeding cultivation tests of various medicinal plants.
