Itabashi Traffic Park is a city traffic-education park with free rentals of go-karts and bicycles plus displays of Toei streetcar 7508 and a Toei bus. Official pages say rentals run 9:00–16:00, vehicle exhibits 9:00–15:45, and the park is closed every Monday (shifted after holidays) and from 28 December. Confirm holiday closures before you visit.
