岩崎美術館

Located in Kagoshima, the Iwasaki Art Museum was established to promote art and culture in southern Japan. The building was designed by Fumihiko Maki with a style inspired by Southern European villas. The collection includes French paintings from the late 19th century, works by contemporary foreign artists, and various Japanese oil paintings and ink paintings, including notable pieces by Kiyoteru Kuroda and Takeji Fujishima.
