Located in Kita-ku, Nagoya City, Wakeoe Shrine is a Shinto shrine said to have been founded approximately 1,300 years ago. The shrine is associated with Empress Jingumangou and enshrines deities known for providing blessings such as protection from misfortune and success in childbirth. Visitors can find monthly changing designs on the official goshuin stamps and pray for children or pets within the grounds.
