Saiko Nature Learning Center

Located in Toda City, Saitama Prefecture, the Saiko Nature Learning Center is a museum situated along the shores of Saiko, an expansive man-made lake within the Arakawa First Reservoir. The facility was established to introduce the nature surrounding the lake and provides various programs and nature observation classes for elementary and junior high school students.
