Naruto City Kagawa Toyohiko Memorial Museum

Naruto City Kagawa Toyohiko Memorial Museum in Oasa-cho was completed in spring 2002 through a civic fundraising effort of nearly three thousand donors and then donated to the city. Official pages present it as a handmade memorial to social reformer Toyohiko Kagawa and note its November 2025 selection as an ICA World Cooperative Heritage, the only such site in Japan among thirty-two organizations in twenty-five countries.
