Kōshi Historical Museum

合志市歴史資料館

Located in Kumamoto Prefecture, the Kōshi Historical Museum displays artifacts from ancient to modern periods. The collection includes items excavated from sites such as the Futakoyama Stone Tool Production Site and the Hattawara site, which yielded remains from the Yayoi period through the Nara and Heian periods. Other exhibits include historical maps, various coins found in traditional houses, agricultural tools, and materials related to local figures and educational institutions.
