Toyokawa City Center of Peace Exchange

Museums

豊川市平和交流館

Toyokawa City Center of Peace Exchange introduces the history of the Toyokawa Naval Arsenal and related wartime remains through panels, documents, film viewing, and volunteer guides. Multipurpose and guidance rooms support both self-paced learning and booked interpretation of outdoor arsenal heritage in the adjoining peace park. Hours are generally 9:00 to 17:00 with Tuesday closures and free admission, so it fits easily into a reflective city stop. Ask at the office if you want guided explanation. Come prepared for solemn subject matter and allow time to read exhibits carefully rather than rushing.
