blue-ing! is the Japan Football Association's soccer culture hub inside Tokyo Dome City. Official pages present it as a place to meet blue and spread outward, with next-generation hands-on content, digital exhibits, event space, and cafe dining where visitors can experience soccer in new ways. The facility opened on 23 December. Past notices on the official site include full-day closures from 2 to 11 March; check current hours and any closure announcements before you visit.
