Shizukuishi History and Folklore Museum

雫石町歴史民俗資料館

Located in Iwate Prefecture, the Shizukuishi History and Folklore Museum was established to preserve and provide a place of learning for historical and folk materials that were disappearing due to submersion from the construction of the Goshodam. The main building displays artifacts from the Paleolithic period to ancient times, as well as household tools used from the Edo period to the early Showa era.
