The Kyoto Seishū Netsuke Art Museum is a specialized museum dedicated to netsuke in Kyoto. Located within the former Kinsen House, a designated tangible cultural property, the building combines characteristics of samurai residences and merchant houses. The museum displays 400 pieces of contemporary netsuke. This site allows visitors to view Japanese craftsmanship in a location historically associated with the development of netsuke culture during the Edo period.
