Keya Kurotatsu Shrine in Fukui is locally known as Kurotatsu-san and honors a black dragon deity associated with water as guardian of the Kuzuryu River. Official pages describe prayers for warding off misfortune, vitality, conception and safe birth, and business prosperity, with monthly first-dragon-day rites and a mid-January Ebisu festival.
