Located in Niigata Prefecture, Teikanen is a Japanese-style strolling garden created during the late Edo period. The site features a forest and pond landscape spanning over 11 hectares, divided into three distinct areas. The grounds incorporate moss and red stones from Sado Island, along with several tea houses integrated into the design.
