Suoh Art Museum

菘翁美術館

Suoh Art Museum in Tokushima City exhibits calligraphy and painting by Nukina Suoh, one of the three great calligraphers of the late Edo period. Official pages say collector Tanaka Soshaku founded the museum in 1994 at Suoh’s birthplace, usually showing about forty works with rotating displays, open on the second Saturday of each month from 10:00 to 15:00 with 500-yen adult admission.
