Forest of Gunma is the Gunma Prefectural Forest of Gunma park, also called IDA Gunma no Mori, at Watanuki-cho 992-1 in Takasaki, Gunma Prefecture. Official pages list summer hours from 7:30 to 17:30 between April and September and winter hours from 8:00 to 17:30 between October and March. Park admission is free, while the history museum and modern art museum on the grounds are charged separately. Contact telephone is 027-346-2269 and parking for about 500 cars is available.
