Located in Ichinomiya, Aichi Prefecture, Iwato Shrine is a Shinto shrine with a history spanning approximately two thousand years. The main deity is the symbol of strength, Tenjin-no-Mikoto, associated with luck in competition. The grounds feature a sacred grove surrounding the main hall and are known for the Ishi-no-tsurugi Festival, which includes traditional offerings such as puppets and floats.
