湯泉神社

Yusen Shrine stands at the heart of Arima Onsen as the district’s ujigami and hot-spring guardian, enshrining Okuninushi (Onamuchi), Sukunahikona, and Kumano Kusumi. Official pages also present it as a shrine for prayers for children, linked to bathing in Arima’s waters. It is listed among Arima County’s major shrines in the Engishiki of 927, and Kumano influence is associated with Ninsei’s Arima revival around 1191. Confirm prayer reservations before you visit.
