Located in Tokyo, Higashi-Ikebukuro Central Park was established as part of a redevelopment project on the former site of Sugamo Prison. Surrounded by dense trees, the park provides a quiet space separated from the city's bustle. The grounds feature various tree species, including 24 Chinese tallow trees near the entrance and rare Sequoias. A pond constructed with black natural stones creates a tranquil atmosphere within the modern park landscape.
