Located in Chiba Prefecture, Ichihara Elephant Kingdom is a zoo where approximately 70 types of animals live, including capybaras and hippopotamuses. The facility is home to nine elephants, which is the highest number of captive elephants in Japan. Visitors can interact with various animals at this resort-style park, which features areas such as Elephant Splash and MAZOO Cape no Mori.
