Jōyama Park

城山公園

Jōyama Park is presented as Nagano City’s oldest park, opened in 1900 to mark a Crown Prince celebration later associated with the Taisho emperor. City pages place it beside Zenkoji and note neighboring facilities such as Joyama Zoo, the Nagano Prefectural Art Museum, and the Higashiyama Kaii Gallery.
