Located in Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture, Sumiyoshi Shrine was founded in 464. The site includes a Noh stage built in 1627 by the first lord of the Akashi Domain. This stage is designated as a cultural property by Akashi City and was selected as one of the 100 historical and cultural assets of fishing villages to be preserved for the future.
