Joetsu Aquarium

Joetsu Aquarium Umigatari opened in June 2018 as a municipal aquarium where sea and people “talk” to create new value. Official pages present it as a community aquarium that aims to energize the city after more than eighty years of local aquarium culture, with hours 9:00–18:00 and last entry at 17:30.
