River Mall on Rokko Island is a waterside plaza along the island’s central urban axis. Official pages say the north zone opened in February 1990 and the south zone in March 1993, totaling about 4.5 ha and 1000 m in length with about 10450 square meters of water surface. The north zone is 2.4 ha and 540 m long; the south zone is 2.1 ha and 460 m. Monuments, sculpture, and tree-lined waterways sit beside hotels and shops. Confirm lighting schedules if you visit at night.
