Morino Medicinal Herb Garden

森野旧薬園

Located in Nara Prefecture, the Morino Medicinal Herb Garden is one of Japan's oldest medicinal herb gardens. Established in the Kyoho era by the eleventh generation of a family that began producing kudzu powder, it sits on a hill behind their residence. The garden contains approximately 250 varieties of medicinal plants and offers views over the town of Oita.
