Located in Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture, MEET Kadonowaki is a disaster transmission and exchange facility. The wooden two-story building features an exhibition area and a theater on the first floor where tsunami evacuation lessons are shown. It includes a dedicated space for children to engage in disaster prevention learning through manga and videos based on accounts from students during the 2011 earthquake.
