Ohtawara City Museum for the Legend of Nasu-no-yoichi

Ohtawara City Museum for the Legend of Nasu-no-yoichi presents the fan-target episode famous from The Tale of the Heike, along with exhibits on Nasu no Yoichi and the Nasu clan. The official city page describes facilities including the Fan Target Theater, exhibition rooms, and a bamboo gallery, and notes Ohtawara's deep ties to Yoichi's birthplace traditions. From 1 April 2026 the museum is trial-opening at 9:30 (closing 17:00; last entry 16:30).
